This Refund Policy supplements Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions and explains how INQORYXA LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17199880, 64 Nile Street, London, England, N1 7SR), handles refund requests for digital products purchased on the website.
1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold on the website are digital educational content — online courses, video lessons, and related downloadable materials. There are no physical goods.
By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that access begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
2. General Rule — Final Sale
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been made available to you.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- digital content is delivered immediately upon payment;
- you waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights once access begins, where the law permits such waiver;
- refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges are not permitted except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
3. Exceptional Refunds
Notwithstanding Section 2, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe;
- Duplicate or erroneous transactions, where the same product was charged more than once due to a system or processing error;
- Cases required under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rules that override Section 2 in your jurisdiction.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@deepdivemastery.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- your order number;
- the course or product name;
- a clear description of the issue, with supporting evidence where applicable (e.g. screenshots of technical errors, payment confirmations for duplicate charges);
- the email address associated with your account.
We aim to review eligible requests within 3 business days and to communicate a decision within 5 business days of receiving the necessary information.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase;
- it will typically be processed within 10 business days of approval;
- the exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
If the original payment method is no longer available, you will need to provide alternative valid payment details to receive the refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank or card issuer in circumstances that do not meet the conditions of Section 3, we reserve the right to:
- defend the chargeback with supporting evidence;
- suspend or terminate your account;
- pursue recovery of any costs incurred.
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@deepdivemastery.com before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
